What Our Clients Say

As Faculty

Julie was exceedingly well-prepared for each session. She brought a wonderful balance of confidence, expertise and charisma even as she approached the group with a sense of humility and a likeable familiarity. She clearly cares deeply about the subject matter and even more importantly from my perspective, about the importance of the art and craft of thoughtful pedagogy — teaching effectively — and is poised to continue growing as an excellent instructor, lecturer and teacher.
Jeremy Caplan, Director of Education, Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism, CUNY Graduate School of Journalism
This presentation on time management was excellent — fantastic content! Julie has excellent presentation skills. She was very engaging and insightful, and she had good energy. The lecture was easy to follow, yet very thought-provoking. It wasn't too corporate either so that was appropriate for us.

As Coach

Julie was amazing! She quickly related to my situation and was helpful in planning mindful activities both in my personal life, especially finding time for myself and with my approach to my current work environment. I hope to keep in touch with her and keep her updated on my progress!

After my coaching sessions with Julie, I see a great opportunity of the Personal Leadership discipline to become a part of my everyday journey. In the area of emotional mastery, I have to improve the capacity to hit the pause button and take deep diaphragmatic breaths.
