Julie is passionate about designing transformative leadership programs for clients, facilitating application-focused workshops and webinars, coaching executives and supporting the development of IPL's digital learning platform, Mentora. The IPL clients she has recently served include Brown Brothers Harriman, The Holdsworth Center, MetLife, Unilever, the United Nations, Verizon Wireless, and the World Bank. Julie is a frequent guest lecturer in Professor Hitendra Wadhwa’s award-winning Personal Leadership & Success course at Columbia Business School, and also serves as an adjunct professor at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, teaching students in the Entrepreneurial Journalism program. She also completed the front-end intensive of the Columbia Coaching Certification Program.
Prior to joining IPL, Julie worked as a senior consultant with Deloitte Human Capital Consulting, developing technical training programs and leadership development programs for clients in the financial services and healthcare industries. As an associate director of research with the General Counsel Roundtable and the Corporate Leadership Council at the Corporate Executive Board, Julie provided best practice research and executive education to some of the world’s leading companies. She received her BA in Psychology from Yale University and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys watching inspirational movies, and going on adventures around the world with her husband and two young daughters.
