What Our Clients Say

As Faculty

I really enjoyed Nayla's course, and I feel that she taught in a way that made so much sense, that was applicable and that was empowering. I have tremendous respect for her boldness, grace and skill at what she does. I thank you for sharing it all with me!
Research Consultant, UNICEF
We recently invited Dr. Nayla Bahri to speak to a group of 150 senior women transitioning to the next phase of their careers. Nayla gave us practical, actionable tips and tools to help us navigate that career transition. She was clear, compelling and kind in her presentation, and shared just enough data to demonstrate that her findings are deeply steeped in facts. Nayla spoke with us for just a short while, but in that time she managed to create deep connections. We are "Nayla-fans"!

What Our Clients Say

As Coach

Recently, I hired Nayla to help me make a transition to a new job. I wanted to make the best out of my new opportunity, break poor habits I adopted in my previous role and create clear expectations with my new colleagues that would capitalize on my strengths. I am so grateful for Nayla's keen perception, reliability, intuition, expertise, breadth of knowledge and care. She was my champion who was always in my corner, and she helped me bring my best self to our coaching conversations and to my new job. I still feel a great sense of calm and satisfaction that, with her help, I actually achieved what I'd set out to achieve. (And I don't like setting goals!)
Author and Senior Consultant, Impact International
Nayla is an incredibly effective and insightful coach–not to mention warm, approachable and fun to work with! She operates from a place of great empathy, but with a bias towards action. I left each coaching session with a clear plan and a valuable perspective, drawn from Nayla's considerable knowledge and experience. With Nayla's wisdom and guidance, I was able to successfully navigate a difficult career transition and move forward with confidence.
